Weight Is Not the Point

Weight Is Not the Point truck

Embassy and Government Document Delivery

A file of attested papers weighs nothing and can be impossible to replace. Documents move on a different logic from freight: what matters is who held them, when, and whether they arrived before a deadline that somebody else set. This is a custody service rather than a transport one, and it sits alongside our embassy and consulate logistics rather than inside it.

What Moves This Way truck

Documents and Small Official Consignments

Small, urgent and consequential is the pattern.

  • Attested and legalised documents
  • Official correspondence between missions
  • Visa and immigration paperwork
  • Contracts and legal instruments
  • Tender and procurement submissions

What Makes Document Delivery Different

Everything that matters about a document delivery is invisible in a freight quote.

Who held it, and when

A recorded chain of custody from collection to handover. For anything attested or legal, that record is the point of using a service at all.

Deadlines set elsewhere

Submission windows, court dates and visa appointments do not move. The delivery is planned backwards from them.

Irreplaceable originals

An attested original that is lost cannot be reprinted; it has to be re-obtained, which can take weeks. That risk sets the handling standard.

Handed to the right person

Delivery to a named recipient rather than a reception desk, because a document signed for by the wrong person has not really arrived.

Where documents follow a consignment

Original paperwork often has to reach a destination before or alongside the goods it describes. Where we are also moving the freight - see embassy and consulate logistics - the two are sequenced together rather than run as unrelated jobs.

Not the same as courier freight

Small parcels and samples move under ordinary transport arrangements. This service exists for papers whose value is legal rather than commercial, which is a different handling standard.

How It Is Run

How It Is Run truck

Practical Handling

The service is mostly discipline rather than equipment.

  • Collected from the source

Picked up from the mission, ministry or office directly rather than requiring you to send it somewhere first.

  • Tracked to the handover

Custody recorded at each step, so at any point there is an answer to where the document is.

  • Coordinated with the wider move

Where documents accompany a consignment, timing is aligned with the freight rather than run separately.

Why Cannata truck

Small Consignments, Serious Consequences

General couriers optimise for volume. A document delivery is judged on whether one specific envelope reached one specific person in time.

Custody recorded

A documented chain from collection to named handover rather than a scan at a depot.

Planned to the deadline

Timing worked backwards from the submission window rather than a service-level average.

Our own people

Collection and delivery by our own staff, which is what makes the custody record meaningful.

What customers ask about document delivery.

Yes, from collection through to a named handover. For attested or legal documents that record is the main reason to use a service rather than send someone.

Yes. Documents are picked up from the mission, ministry or office rather than requiring you to bring them somewhere first.

The delivery is planned backwards from the deadline rather than against an average transit time, because submission windows and appointments do not move.

Yes, where that is required. A document signed for at a reception desk has not necessarily reached the person who needed it.

Yes, where that makes sense - timing is aligned with the freight rather than the two being run as separate jobs.
