A refrigerated booking needs more detail than a dry one, and the gaps are what cause claims.
The range, not just cold or frozen
The actual set point and the tolerance either side. Chilled covers a wide band, and produce, dairy and pharmaceuticals do not share one.
Pre-cooling and loading
Whether the trailer needs to be brought down to temperature before loading, and whether the collection point can load from a chilled dock.
Journey time and stops
How long the cargo is in transit and whether the doors open on the way. Each opening is a temperature event, so multi-drop runs are planned differently.
Handover at delivery
Who receives it and whether they can take it straight into cold storage. A correctly carried load can still be lost standing on a warm loading bay.

The point of a reefer booking is that the range never breaks, including at the ends of the journey.
