Flexible Storage Terms
Space for a few days between legs, or for months on a contract - priced on what you actually use rather than a fixed block.
Days or Years, Same Warehouse
Storage requirements rarely arrive in neat annual blocks. A consignment might need three days between a clearance and a delivery slot, or a product line might need a year of shelf while a market is built. Both are handled across our three Dubai warehouses, on terms written around the actual duration rather than a standard contract length.
Terms That Fit
The commercial terms follow the need, not the other way round.
Need Warehouse Space?
Storage is not priced on floor area alone. Four things move the number, and knowing them makes a quote quick.
Pallet positions, floor space or racking. Stackable palletised goods cost less to hold than loose or irregular items that waste height.
Longer commitments cost less per unit of time. If the duration is genuinely open-ended, a rolling monthly term usually beats guessing.
Storage where goods come and go weekly is a handling job as well as a space job. Static stock is cheaper than active stock.
Counting, repacking, labelling and picking are priced alongside the space. See inventory management.
Across Three Sites
Duration is one question; location is the other. The right site depends on what the stock is for.
Short runs into the wholesale district. See the Al Hamriya warehouse.
Beside the airport, for stock that has to leave quickly. See Umm Ramool.
Beside the port, with bonded space available for goods held before duty.
Why Cannata
Most storage contracts punish you for guessing wrong about volume or duration. That is a poor fit for real trading. Space is available at any of our three Dubai facilities, so stock can sit where it is most useful rather than where there happens to be room.
Deira, Umm Ramool and Jebel Ali Free Zone, so stock can sit where it is useful rather than where there was space.
Space can scale up for a season and back down again without renegotiating from scratch.
Goods move in and out on our own fleet, so a change of site is not a change of supplier.
Rate Request
Give us the route and the cargo and we will come back with a rate, usually within one working day.
