Road Freight Across the UAE and GCC

One Fleet, Three Dubai Hubs

Cannata moves freight by road from three Dubai bases - Al Hamriya in Deira, Umm Ramool beside the airport and Jebel Ali Free Zone - on trucks the company owns rather than capacity bought in after you book. That covers a single pallet across town as readily as a full trailer running into Saudi Arabia, and because customs clearance is one of our own services, a cross-border load never changes hands between a haulier and a broker at the border. Cross-border road freight and clearance are usually booked together, and how the two fit together on the Saudi route explains why.

Domestic trucking across the UAE

Collections and deliveries between all seven emirates, including day-running between Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and scheduled runs for customers who ship to a fixed rhythm.

Cross-border trucking into the GCC

Road freight from the UAE into Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, quoted as one job covering the transport and the formalities at both ends rather than truck hire with the paperwork left to you.

Full loads and part loads

Take a whole trailer when the cargo fills it or the date is fixed, and share one when it does not. Full truckload buys a direct run; a part load buys a cheaper slot on a shared vehicle.

Loads that need more than a flatbed

Temperature-controlled trailers for goods that must stay in range, and low-beds and lifting gear for plant and machinery that will not sit on a standard curtainsider.

Why Cannata truck

What an Owned Fleet Changes

Most companies selling road freight in Dubai are brokers who source the vehicle after you book. The trucks here are ours, the drivers are ours, and the warehouse the load waits in is ours.

We own the trucks

Capacity is allocated from our own fleet, so a booking is a commitment rather than a request passed down a chain of subcontractors.

Three Dubai hubs

Deira, Umm Ramool and Jebel Ali Free Zone, so a load can be collected, held and dispatched from whichever site sits closest to the port, the airport or the market.

Customs in the same business

Clearance at Jebel Ali and Khor Fakkan is handled in-house, so a cross-border job has one owner from collection through to delivery.

All seven emirates. We run from three Dubai sites - Al Hamriya in Deira, Umm Ramool near the airport and Jebel Ali Free Zone - which between them cover the Deira and Bur Dubai trade, the airport cargo area and Jebel Ali Port.

Yes - Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Cross-border work is quoted as a single job covering both the transport and the customs formalities at each end, rather than as truck hire with the paperwork left to you.

Book a full truckload when the cargo fills most of a trailer, the delivery date is fixed, or the goods should not be handled more than once. A part load costs less when the consignment is small and the timing has some give, because the vehicle is shared and makes other stops.

Yes. Customs clearance is one of our own services rather than something we outsource, so the team that books the truck also prepares the declarations. We clear at Jebel Ali and Khor Fakkan.

Yes. We can collect from a supplier, factory or warehouse, hold the goods at one of our Dubai facilities if the delivery window is later, and run the final leg to the receiver.
